BPA SharePoint Web Parts

BPA Web Parts are compatible with the SharePoint 2007 technology (WSS and MOSS). 

BPA Query provides end users with a simple tool to build advanced Boolean queries based on all available lists and fields of a SharePoint site.
Users can add as many conditions as needed on all available fields and lists using operators like: >, <, =, is empty,...
For instance you can select contacts where the company is located in Switzerland and open sales opportunities.
BPA Query will generate new SharePoint views to display the results.

BPA Replication allows a site administrator to replicate or aggregate lists and libraries in different SharePoint sites or sub-sites from different server farms.
The replication can be launched automatically (e.g. when an item is created), manually or as a scheduled task.
For example BPA Replication will be useful to aggregate tasks located in different project sub-sites into a single home site.
This Web Part is also useful to copy sites and lists or export archives to other sites or servers.

BPA Outlook Connector is highly customizable and powerful add-on to copy your Outlook emails in BPA applications. You can add emails to any SharePoint list in BPA applications in a mouse click.

BPA OWA Connector is an add-on to instantly copy an Outlook Web Access (OWA) email in BPA CRM.

BPA Outlook Synchronization is useful if you want to synchronize any CRM list or view in Outlook folders or your Windows Mobile Device.

BPA Web Connector is a useful Web Part to copy information submitted in a Web Form to BPA CRM.
For example this tool is useful to have your Web leads directly saved in BPA CRM.

BPA External Data Connector will synchronize external data within SharePoint lists. This connector can be adapted to many different database types.
For instance you could update contact information from your ERP in a SharePoint site.

BPA Mail Merge is a Web Part to generate Word documents merging SharePoint list items.
The generated document can contain many merge fields to be replaced by SharePoint list items.
For instance you can generate a quote based on a contact and opportunity lists. The correct values for the contact and linked opportunity will be replaced without editing the document.
This Web Part is also useful to generate printable reports of list items.

BPA Permissions is a useful Web Part to dynamically manage permissions for your CRM data. An automatic workflow will grant permissions to the right people or team for their related data.
For instance a US opportunity will be displayed to US sales reps only. Administrators can simply publish permission rules based on field conditions.

BPA Data Editor is a powerful add-on enhancing the standard SharePoint edit layer. Possible options are improved lookup fields or cascading lookups. It's also possible to change permissions on fields in the same form. Users can further assign multiple tasks to many people.

BPA Watermark will include a PDF file content or an image as a watermark in a PDF file. Other data like user name, current date...can be automatically added.
A confirmation is needed for the user to generate a watermark file. An audit trail list includes all data about all files generation.
Document can be temporarily generated and automatically deleted after a certain period.
